PLANS AND PRICING
We offer three plans billed monthly. The Starter plan is $187/month and covers up to 1 hour of work per business day across up to 3 websites. The Professional plan is $287/month and includes up to 2 hours per day, free hosting for 1 site, and website builds. The Enterprise plan is $997/month with up to 4 hours per day, free hosting for 2 sites, and unlimited website management. All prices are in USD. Save 15% by choosing an annual plan.
Absolutely. We work with clients across North America and internationally. Prices are listed in USD for our global customers — if you pay in CAD, your card or PayPal will handle the exchange automatically. All work is performed during US/Canadian business hours.
You can submit as many tasks and projects as you like — there's no cap on the number of requests. Each plan dedicates a set number of hours per business day to your work (1, 2, or 4 hours depending on your plan). If a task takes longer than your daily allowance, we carry it forward and continue working on it every business day until it's complete.

You can submit tasks any time, day or night. Most clients use email combined with a project management tool of your choice — we support Asana, Trello, Basecamp, and others upon request. Every completed task includes comprehensive notes so you always know exactly what was done and why.
Phone support is available upon request on all plans with some limitations. Most clients find that email and project management tools are faster and more efficient for day-to-day tasks. We recommend 1–2 calls per month to keep things streamlined. If regular real-time collaboration is important to you, the Enterprise plan is the best fit.
